For every signed contract above $40,000 that stems from your referral, we'll reward you with a referral gift equal to 1% of the contract value.

You can claim this reward in the form of a voucher to any company of your choice.

By participating in this promotion, you accept the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• This referral program is open to all individuals or companies who refer a new client to Dela Studios pty ltd

• Referrers cannot refer to themselves.

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion begins on May 1st 2025, and ends on June 30 2026.

3. Qualification for Referral Reward

• To qualify for a reward, the referred client must sign a contract valued at $40,000 or more (GST exclusive) for a Landscape build or renovation project during the promotional period.

• The referral reward will be 1% of the contract value (GST exclusive), capped at $3 500. Contracts exceeding $350,000 will still be capped at this amount.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit.

4. Reward Delivery

• The referral reward will be issued once the referred client has signed the contract and paid the project deposit.

• Rewards will be provided in the form of gift cards or vouchers, redeemable at participating local businesses or as a donation to a charity of the referrer's choice.

• Dela Studios will contact the referrer to arrange delivery or collection of the reward.

5. Multiple Referrals

In the event that multiple people refer the same individual, only one referrer will be awarded the referral fee. The reward will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the order in which referrals were acknowledged by Dela Studios via email or text.

6. Disputes and Decision Making

In the event of any disputes or need for clarification, Dela Studios’ decision will be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.

7. Consent for Marketing

By participating in the referral program, you consent to Dela Studios using your name and photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to their website and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

8. Reward Flexibility

Referral rewards will be issued in the form of vouchers redeemable at local stores or as donations to a designated charity at the referrer's request.

The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers may have an expiration date, and failure to redeem before the expiry will render them null and void.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Dela Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
